Elliott Douglas Publishing is solely owned and operated by Arlene Elliott. Ms. Elliott created Elliott Douglas Publishing to publish her children's novels, but since then has published other authors. Elliott Douglas Publishing publishes both fiction and non-fiction. 

In September 2010, Elliott Douglas Publishing published its first book, Human – An Operator’s Manual written by Chris Douglas. In January, 2011, the second publication, a children's adventure novel, Power of Five – The Celtic Stone, written by Arlene Elliott was published.

Ms. Elliott encourages Canadian writers to publish their work so it is available to others.
